During the course, you will develop the essential fundamentals required to pursue the Scrum Master Certification. Participants will receive two complimentary attempts at the globally recognised Professional Scrum Master I (PSM I) certification exam.

The 2-day Professional Scrum Master™ Course is accredited by IBF under the Standards Training Scheme (IBF-STS) through Future-enabled skills, the requirement for funding support are as follows:

Funding of training programmes under the Critical Core Skills and Future-Enabled Skills categories will only be available to Singapore Citizens/PRs employed in the financial sector (i.e. by financial institutions or Singapore FinTech Association (SFA) certified FinTech firms).

What you should know

Course Outline

SCRUM Essentials

Our curriculum begins by introducing the fundamental elements of Scrum, including an in-depth exploration of the Scrum Framework and Sprints.

From there, we delve into more advanced topics, such as the crucial role of a Scrum Master, providing you with hands-on experience in executing projects using the Scrum methodology.

Lastly, the course equips you to confidently pursue the Professional Scrum Master I (PSM I) certification exam, marking the start of your Scrum journey.

 

SCRUM Certification

Participants will receive 2 complimentary attempts at the globally recognised Professional Scrum Master I (PSM I) certification exam.

Students that attend the class and attempt the certification assessment within 14 days but do not achieve their certification with a score of at least 85% will be given a 2nd attempt at no additional cost.

Please note that Students must participate on both days to qualify for their complimentary assessment. A score of 85% or higher is required to attain Scrum.org certification.

The Professional Scrum Master certificate endorsed by Scrum.org holds lifetime validity. It does not require any additional payments or renewals.
