Upskill Malaysia: Digital Business and Product Accelerator Course
The Digital Business & Product Accelerator Course focuses on empowering participants with the skills and strategic mindset necessary for bringing new products and services into the market and to use modern tools and frameworks to support its growth. This course aims to empower participants with the skills and strategic mindset in areas of Design Thinking (including UX & CX), Product Thinking (including validation and discovery) and Strategy (including critical thinking and problem solving).
Participants: Malaysian Citizens, Persons with Disabilities (PWD), aged 16 to 80 y/o
Key Themes of this Digital Business & Product Accelerator Course are:
- Foundations of UX, CX, and SD
○ Overview of User Experience (UX), Customer Experience (CX), and Service Design (SD).
○ Impactful case studies from successful SMEs and Solopreneurs showcasing the financial result of applying design thinking. - Vision and Strategy for UX Design
○ Crafting a compelling vision for UX Design.
○ Aligning UX design strategy with overarching business goals for sustainable growth. - Product Thinking
○ Leveraging on market research for competitive positioning
○ Leveraging on user data for continuous discovery and product/service innovation - Strategy
○ Working with existing and limited resources to gain quick market wins through proof of concept
○ Defining an overarching strategy to increase distribution and market acceptance
