Be a more effective leader and people manager with Sweden’s most established leadership course
Managing a team and leading people from different cultures can be challenging for both new and experienced people managers. Without an instructional guide to leadership and group dynamics, how do managers learn to lead effectively?
Join more than 80,000 professionals who have participated in this unique five day training course conducted by the most experienced company leading UGL in English. The course, developed and refined in the last 20 years, is typically conducted in Swedish as basic leadership training for the Swedish Armed Forces and used by Nordic HR teams as a management training course.
This is the first time the course will be conducted in Asia: take this unique opportunity to interact with fellow leaders from the APAC region and unlock exceptional team performance – the Swedish way!
UGL is a demanding course, participation requires sound psychological health and the commitment to do the neccessary coursework during the retreat.
This course is suitable for new people managers and senior executives who wish to improve their communication and stretch their situational leadership skills to drive better business results.

“Since taking the course in 2015, I’ve gained the necessary insights and tools to deal with tricky situations and conflict at work as an individual contributor and team leader. Understanding how to manage grief and change helped grew my career and relate to others in crisis.”

“UGL helped me with my own discovery and made me grow as a human being. That much assurance and rewarding meetings with different individuals during the last five days, almost nobody gets that much during a whole lifetime. After attending UGL, I feel much more present and pay more attention to the qualities I desire. What I learnt was to allow more inward time and listne more attentively. THANK YOU!”
